We offer a variety of therapeutic massage and energy modalities including Swedish, Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment, Quantum-Touch, Matrix Energetics, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Ayurvedic, Seated, and Hot Stone. Each massage is customized to the client’s individual needs.

We offer biofeedback including neurofeedback (EEG brain wave balancing), EMG muscle biofeedback, Heartfulness Training (heart and emotional health), GSR and thermal biofeedback for relaxation and stress reduction.
